The purpose of this study is to analyze student's psychological stress in nursery school practice. The structure of psychological stress was investigated by means of the factor analysis, and five different factors of interpersonal relations group were extracted from 33 given items, and two different factors of nursery school activity group were extracted from six given items. Each factor of interpersonal relations group was labeled respectively as follows: Facter1: dissatisfaction of teaching methods; Facter2: negative attitude to nursery school teacher student; Facter3: negative attitude to nursery school teacher child and guardian; Facter4: worried and puzzled about nursery school teacher and child's relations; Facter5: comparison and evaluation of student. Each factor of nursery school activity group was labeled respectively as follows: Facter1: child care technique; Focter2: lunch program. The factor with a high stressor evaluation score was "dissatisfaction of teaching" and "comparison and evaluation of student".
