Authors studied the diffusion and convection of CO_2 in the ocean and horizontally connected sea bottom basin in which the liquid CO_2 was sequestrated in about a partial depth. The former was assumed to have a semi-infinite length along the seawater flow and the latter to have a great extent that allows the two-dimensional treatment and have the seawater space above the CO_2 level. The diffusion and convection flow of CO_2 will occur concurrently in the seawater of bottom basin induced by the current of ocean and leads to the CO_2 diffusion into the ocean. The various CO_2 behaviors at the interface of liquid CO_2 and seawater were considered and incorporated in the analysis. These include the flux of mass transfer, the expansion of CO_2 dissolved water, the heat of dissolution, the saturated CO_2 concentration, the effect of formation of the hydrate, the diffusion coefficients and the benthic boundary layer in the ocean floor. Then the numerical calculations were executed up to getting the stationary solutions for around ten thousands hours. The results were indicated in the graphical figures of CO_2 concentrations, seawater velocity vectors, pH distributions and CO_2 flux between basin and ocean and CO_2 accumulations in the basin.
