Until recently the therapy for the children diagnosed as Down's Syndrome or Oligophrenia in general has been learned to biological approaches. Even if the psychiatric therapy was employed, it was fairly limited application, for example, raising intelligence quotient a certain extent. It is necessary for them to try psychotherapeutic approach even it is not the radical. The psychotherapy with the sand play technique (Kalff) was administrated for these children, and was found very useful for them because it could reveal their psychological characters or unconsciousness without saying any word. Also it was used as heilpaedagogical approach toward them. On this brief report, three cases of Down's Syndrome were picked up and their san play works were shown. One of the cases was cured of his obstinate nausea and diarrhoea, and another was got rid of lasting nycturia.
