The purpose of this study is to design a patient and healthcare workers' safety cost report. This report would be utilized to promote patient and healthcare workers' safety and the quality of care at the hospital. It would further increase visibility of such efforts made by the hospital to stakeholders, such as the patients, and build a base for the hospital's social responsibility.
