Abstract : The World Economic Recession since 2007, which has begun as Financial crisis, have some of the much more distinguished features than the Great Depression of 1930ｓ. One of them, of which Economists tend to make a point, is certainly the Emergence of the transitional social or sconomicstatues. In order to make this specific point much more distinctive, I would like to cite a sentence which Mr. Akira Kojima, who played the Role of Moderator at the conference, wrote a briefing about discussions conversed among eminent speakers requested with the International Symposium on "World Economic Crisis" held by NKS and reported in the N. K. Shinbun, 2009. 6. 20. He wrote as follows:"The crisis, we are now facing, is not only a depressed phase of business cycles, but also that is the moment embedded in it which is pushing on turning towards new society and economy, I suspest." I might have shearing such an idea, so that I woud like to proceed further to define the critical stadards in oder to be able to decide the difference between the Inside Capitalism and the Beyand Capitalism. （1）To begin with, evidences are enumerated, anyway, showing isolated shanty towns or villages, embracing diciplines regarding：the self-government, self-administrations and other social works and safe-guarding, relying on mutual help and co-opism. （2）The next task is to trace a logical criteria to be measured for deciding between the Inside Form-determined Sphere and the Outside Form-determined Sphere, which is an inevitably, crucial question to proceed it further any more. Here explored it, firstly theoreticaly and then historicaly.
