保育所における「生活リズム」形成に関する研究 : H保育園における生活リズムカード導入の成果と子育て支援の視点からの課題検討

This study is the proof study that inspected result through the life rhythm card which a kindergartener wrestles with for the subject. In addition, I examined a future problem from a viewpoint of the child care support because life rhythm was related with consciousness and the life contents of the protector deeply.Constant result was recognized, and, from findings, the class activated the life rhythm items such as "perseverance" "greetings" "help" "voices". The pressure for the protector was accepted by a kindergartener, too. On the other hand, the consciousness degree for the life rhythm is high while feeling difficulty in the protector fixing the life rhythm. The rhythm items such as "going to bed", the "getting up" "breakfast" have a limit only by the independent action of the child, and consciousness and the cooperation of the protector are necessary, too. Therefore enlightening pressure to the protector about the life rhythm by the day nursery is demanded.
