The motion of the tracer particle immersed in flow is seemed to be an interesting problem in the flow visualization. Its motion can be described by the B.B.O.'s equation. In this paper the method of successive approximation is used to solve the B.B.O.'s equation. In order to visualize the theoretical results of the motion of the tracer particle, the numerical experiments are tried hi the steady eddy flow of the wake behind a square pole. The effect of the Basset term becomes clear and the characteristics of the motion of particle is presented.
