• The use of the wheelchair is an indispensable tool to become independent for a physically handicapped person. Because the user can do joystick operation by slight power, there are few burdens to the physical strength when I compare the electric wheelchair with a wheelchair. However, it is very likely that I become the accident when I made a mistake in operation. Therefore it is important that I use an electric wheelchair from the infancy and am used to operation. However, there is little spread of electric wheelchairs to the handicapped child because danger is big as for the operation by the infant. Therefore we develop a joystick operation exercise system for handicapped children.
