Infection related to the medical treatment is said that it can decrease when handwashing is executed by a necessary scene and an appropriate method, and importance of handwashing is large. As for us, a daily handwashing was investigated whether to be practiced to the staff and the user on the nursing site. It has been understood the help that washes user's hadn can be tidied, too, if the staff can wash its hand. However, It has understood that the staff tends to value the cleanness of own hand more than the help that washes user's hand. The news of the group infection such as influenza and O-157 are taken up on the nursing site in the elder care facilit etc, and there are a lot on senior citizens with a low consideration to washing the hand in the acknowledgment syndrome etc. It is future tasks to make washing user's hand helped neatly. A new education method and the approach to the prevention of transmission and washing the hand are more necessary for care worker's training school that 2009 fiscal year to become a new curriculum.
