• There are few researches about the alliance between University and SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprise). Because while the alliances between university and big company became increasingly popular, many of SMEs don't know such activities in detail. But such kind of activities is very important for the policy of university development, regional development and small business development. Then through this research, I tried to make clear the characteristics, problems and suggestions by analyzing the relation of alliance.
