In this paper, we reported on a single-class classifier that separates true malignant tumors and false ones. We are developing the Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system that detects malignant tumors using FDG-PET/CT image. This system, firstly, extracts tumor candidates by binarizing FDG-PET images. Secondly, we constructed the single-class classifier because of collecting true malignant tumors are more difficult than false ones. In this article, we report on the results of performance analysis.
