• The author executed the questionnaire survey of the residents' action in a forests and fields fire that had occurred in Gifu Prefecture in 2002. After a lot of refugees took refuge based on public refuge information, and they tended to take refuge due to a fire approached from home within 200m. Moreover, it took refuge by using the car for the shelter place that had been assigned publicly parting at 1km or more. By the experience of this time, people who came to consider of the taking goods and the reporting method in the family are not few regardless of taking refuge or not
