• In Japan, there are many typhoons , storm and landslide damage caused by the frontal systems of those typhoons almost every year. Unless adequate systems are in place under normal circumstances, when a disaster actually happens. it is difficult to respond quickly and appropriately. In order to create a sustainable "local disaster reduction ability". voluntary disaster management organisations must coordinate between the various bodies-such as governmental entities, companies, regional groups, schools, and so on- that support our regional communities.
