The survival and continuation of new ventures are clarified from the viewpoint of corporate culture. As a new venture grows, its culture is communicated by entrepreneurs. The presence of an authoritarian entrepreneur often creates failure in the continuation of the corporation and in the establishment of a succeeding new business. In a successful new venture, responsibility and authority are transferred to the lower echelons. The situation the entrepreneur communicates to employees is a mutual affair. After the business becomes successful by the entrepreneur's efforts, he controls decision-making. He fulfills his role in managerial leadership, but not in entrepreneurship. His innovative vision is communicated to his employees. Thus in the developmental stage, entrepreneurs are absorbed in management and employees pursue innovative thinking. This in the new organization creates a new corporate culture.
