書評(Book Review)保険金支払漏れは保険事業政策の本質的な問題が表面化したものである。保険業界が健全な発展を遂げるには、資産リスクの適正な把握と、負債と資本の適切な管理が求められる。この課題を克服するには、「資本コストを意識した経営管理指標の導入」と、それを支える「料率政策」が必要である。The essential issue of Japanese insurance business came to the surface by insurance unpayment cases. This issue includes a special point in a insurance policy in Japan. The policy must arrive at the solution to the issue. We have two methods for the study of the policy issue. One is the introduction of EVA(R) into Japan insurance business, the other is restructuring the rating order. We must do both.
