In nursery school, childcare persons have deep understanding, knowledge and technique about childcare of less than 3 years old child. But they don't have many chances to discuss in their nursery school about more than 3 years old beside kindergarten teachers. So, in Aichi Kiyosu, they gathered from 5 nursery schools to discuss their childcare. Their themes were "cooperation with parents" and "a review of childcare". They published a report about their childcare, and discussed each other. My roles were to support and to suggest for them. We were sure that it was important for childcare persons to tell the growth of child for his parents, and to review of child understanding, and to think about the environment constitution that children could show enough power.
