As endocrine disruptor chemicals work as if endorine, another name have been also known as environmental hormone. Several years passed since being made one of the most important environmental issues of today. Recently, many lives were diseased as a result of being discharged these chemicals on the earth. Moreover, it is cleared up that the next generation was influenced by these chemicals. Especialy, reduction of number and insufficiency of formation were shown in sperm, inclusive of auther's experimental data on Zn ^<2+> or Cd^<2+> to guppy. There are also notable influence of TCDD, TBT, TPT, PCB or DDT etc, on wild animals. Therefore, in this paper, author briefly reviewes the influence on aquatic animals, mainly fishes of endocrine disruptor chemicals in present day.
