• This paper describes OJT and set education on the construction site to raise the site engineers. "Meister system for education" has been introduced in the author's company and it is the purpose to activate the OJT leading to the technical transfer and rapid raise of the professional engineers. In order to advance the OJT system, effective set education is being performed corresponding to the level of the each engineer through discussions in the group and it is expected that communicationskills could improve. Through the course, the site engineers selected to educate others will learn the site management skills and philosophy of the manufacturing from face to face.
