This paper discusses the effects of the e-learning programs which were adopted in the English course for the Advanced Course students of Fukui National College of Technology so that they could prepare for the TOEIC Test. Three kinds of e-learning English programs which the students used are presented: Reallyenglish and u-Cat, which are both ASP (Application Service Provider) programs, and the program which Kodera tentatively established for learning English grammar. The effects of the e-learning programs are examined by comparing the number of students who scored 400 and over points in the TOEIC Test. The questionnaires about the e-learning programs were also given to the students to evaluate how beneficial they have been to them in preparing for the TOEIC Test.
