After the Second World War, the class struggle against capitalism have come out on a global scale. Aggravating the capitalistic conflicts under the second stage of the general crisis, U.S.A. has played a role for suppressing these class struggles on a global scale, and occupied the position of the pole for reorganization of the world capitalism after the War. The high level of the latest productive powers that have been developed in U.S.A. supplies the means for this suppression and re-organization. This latest productive powers, the leading industries of which are composed from atomic energy, electronics and R & D, reorganize the industrial constructure in U.S.A., the leading industries in which have been composed from existing heavy industries i. e. coal or oil, iron and steel, and machine especially automobile industry. The top level in the latest productive powers of the latest leading industries have been under the decisive influence by the military factor, for example, the defence expend itures of the budget which occupies about 7-8% in GNP regularly after the Korea War. Thus, the armament as the armament of the nucleus, have been the prime mover of the development in the latest productive powers of the latest leading industries. So, the latest leading industries develop themselves as munition industries. The fundamentel conflicts become severer and severer under this military industrious connection. All the labouring class, implying scientists, engineers and technicians who increase the staff under the development of the latest leading industsies, undergoes great suffering in this "military prison". Especially "non white", lanked at the lowest stratum, sustains the most painful situation, i. e. lower level of the wage, unemployment and the other racial discrimination.
