It is thought that the causal attribution of child development affects the whole behavior in childcare as a result in relation to childcare anxiety, or emotion concerning child-care. It investigated about the causal attribution about the child development on the unmarried woman or mother. As a result, in the unmarried female student, the tendency to make a child's development belong to influence of parents was large. This tendency has not changed a lot with it of the mother under child-care. Moreover, such a tendency was especially seen notably in development of the domain of "language", or "movement". In the next, the difference in male and female about the causal attribution about this child's development was noted. The consciousness about causal attribution about child's development was investigated in male students this time. As a result, it became clear that a male's tendency to make a child's development belong to the influence of parents and efforts of the person himself as compared with a woman is large. Such a result is helpful for explaining the feature of a male's behavior in childcare.
