The present paper is divided into two parts, Part I and Part II, due to the restriction imposed on the number of pages to be printed in the volume of this journal. The paper as a whole consists of Introduction, Section 1, Section 2 and Section 3. Part I is composed of Introduction and Section 1, and Part II is made up from Section 2 and Section 3. "Notes" to Part I is provided at the end of Part I, and "Notes" to Part II, "List of Abbreviations" and "References" are provided at the end of Part II.
