• Presently, corporate governance in various countries is being discussed in many ways. The content of corporate governance itself has some common points, however, due to the difference of their corporate objective views, great differences in the actions of shareholders and the management' s could be seen in each country. This paper first discussed the diversity of corporate objective views, and then states the get forth differences would generate the variety of corporate governance engaging styles by shareholders and the management in various countries. And furthermore it intends to describe the corporate governance would differ according to how the management responds to shareholders.
