BostonCoach is a premier worldwide provider of executive sedan, limousine and event transportation services. Thousands of business executives and leisure travelers depend on us to provide them with consistent, superior customer service. Given a set of forecasted rides and a set of drivers three day advanced, we need to decide which subset of rides should be subcontracted, which driver should be assigned on which type of shift (12 hours, 9 hours, full time split and part time) in order to provide a best match between demand and supply to maximize profit, utilization of driver time and quality of on-time service while respect to all business rules and constraints.
