In the environments around child, the family is the most important and necessary for child development. But today the function of bringing up in family become more and more weak by the increase of single parent family, disease of mother and the disappearance of human relationship in community. The child is in the situation who can be less provided and less touched from people and environment well. How do such children appeal their needs? In many cases, children show many difficult behaviors, in the school which spends much time, or nursery school and day care center. It is important how we do assessment of this difficult behavior, becouse it show the need to help her & him bring up much better. Present, school has no function of such social work. I insist that it is necessary to practice social work which supports a child's development in a school. And we must support not only a child, but also the parents who are in loneliness and uneasiness. Therefore I propose that school is necessary to arrange a school socialworker with school counselor.
