Electrical nonlinear distortion voltages caused by tunneling effect or Shottky effect through contact surface film are well known. A new idea was proposed that heat oscillation occurred when an alternative current flew through small area. In this paper, frequency dependence of nonlinear distortion voltage using by printed circuit board cut a two dimensional bridge shape as a contact model without film layer is reported.
