• Because of the tendency to fall of TFR (total fertility rate), government, local government and the companies each carry out an anti-declining birthrate in Japan. The anti-declining birthrate of local government, according to government guidelines, are basically almost the same. In such situation, Fukui-shi and Kanazawa-shi attract attention, and an anti-declining birthrate of 2 cities is a thing mainly on maintenance of child care environment maintenance. There is also peculiar local characteristic or strong will of the mayor, so an anti-declining birthrate performs well in 2 cities.
