The structure of a self-bound object with kaon condensates is investigated based on the effective chiral Lagrangian for the kaon-baryon interaction, combined with the nonrelativistic baryon-baryon interaction model. It is shown that a highly dense and compact object is obtained as a density isomer, for |S|/A=O(1) with A and |S| being the numbers of baryons and negative strangeness, respectively.
