The stability problems of the cranked Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory in the bandcrossing region are discussed. RPA equation is transformed into a simple dispersion formula and the spurious modes which correspond to number and angular momentum operators are eliminated analytically. The eigen value of stability matrix approaches to zero at the end of the g-band when diagonalization method is used for the sec.
