Significance about house repair and a study/the training about an effect are insufficient, and there are much problem use examples from the viewpoint of independence support of a user again. On this account I will change house repair from application to prior application after a conventional thing. Therefore it is necessary for it to clarify what kind of influence there is for a nursing care insurance user to shift to prior application. For a method, it enforced interview investigation for a user (I describe user 139 people, 171) that a care manager of a home care support business establishment in Nagoya-shi used the business establishment concerned.
