Recently proposed theory of baby universes is reviwed. On the basis of the Hartle-Hawking Euclidean path integral we evaluate the topology changing amplitude diagrammatically in the wormhole dominance approximation. Coleman's claim of vanishing cosmological constant is critically examined. We argue that the big fix conjecture is not only fascinating possibility but also a necessary ingredient for the causality. From the analogy to string theories, we point out that the topology change of the universe may imply the third quantization, which potentially solves the longstanding difficulty in the probabilistic interpretation of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation.
