概要

• 10 years has been past since its enforcement of "The Containers and Packaging Recycling Law" and this law has been revised through second look discussion in June 2006 as follows; There are three major points on this revision 1. Promotion of build-up sustainable society based upon 3R-oriented principles 2. Effective utilization of social cost for reducing waste and recycling 3. Cooperation between related parties, such as national and local governments, municipals, manufactures, and general consumers The key issue of plastic recycling would be amendment of priority for material recycle method rather than other methods, in order to promote efficiently plastic recycling for containers and packaging.
