A rare case of the testicular artery is reported for a 59-year-old Japanese male cadaver. On the left side, two testicular arteries were found. One arose from the aorta caudal to the left renal artery. The other branched from the left inferior suprarenal artery which arose from the left renal artery. On the right side, the right testicular artery branched from the right inferior suprarenal artery which arose from the right renal artery. On both sides, the testicular arteries from the renal artery supplied the perirenal fat and then passed vertically caudalwards to reach the deep inguinal ring. The morphological significance of the relations between this case and the vascular supply of the perirenal fat is discussed.
