In this paper we discuss the existence problem of weak solutions for a nonlinear parabolic partial differential equations. This system describes the solid-liquid phase transition phenomena. More precisely, this model consists of the Navier-Stokes equations and nonlinear heat equations as the free boundary problem. An estimate independent of the fluid motion is the key point to prove the main theorem. Moreover, we note the method in order to obtain the L^∞ estimate.
