In summary, the DSB has been studied in the improved ladder SD equation by using the polar coordinates in the phase plane. The results suggest that "the solution of the DSB can not reach the UV asymptote crossing the counterclockwise region". There must be the clockwise region between the IR and the UV boundary conditions. We can say that there must be at least some region of the negative discriminant in the phase plane. Solving this condition for the modified running couplings, we get A > 1/8 as the necessary condition in t_c=1 for the DSB. This result is consistent with the results for the ladder SD equation with finite cutoff. In this paper, we restrict our discussion to the necessary condition for the DSB. To find the sufficient condition for the DSB is problem in future.
