The purpose of this study is to consider useful ways of writing child care records in order to understand a child's behavior and teacher's support. Students who learn about early childhood care and education also have to practice writing such records, but it is difficult for them to write precisely. It is thus necessary to develop their abilities of understanding as teachers. This second report considers the improved practical records that include the episode records. It was found that : the episode practical records have some effects in order to students learn the understanding child's behavior and teacher's support. On the other hands, there are some issues on this improved records. It is so hard for some students to write episode records because of their lack of writing abilities. It is clear that the episode practical records will be useful to understand each child and teacher's support, but before they get these effects, they needs to learn how to write using their own description. It is more serious issues for the specialty of child care and education.
