When information sharing is discussed, it will face with the profound problem about the context concept. Since the context concept is broad, it was discussed from various viewpoints depending on the researcher's interest. In this paper, the context concept is considered from the internal viewpoint. First, it argues about the approach for dealing with the information sharing concept and the context concept. Especially, the viewpoint which grasps those concepts is important. This paper proposes the approach from the internal viewpoint in order to grasp those concepts. Next, it is considered how information sharing activities and the context concept can be described from the internal viewpoint.
