The purpose of this paper is to review the process of the management style of social educational facilities which has been diversified in the context of local government institutional reform. The fact that the both national and local financial conditions become critical, obviously it will influence the management style of social educational facilities to be diversified. Under this condition, best usage of the limited resources and finances, and an appropriate management style of social educational facilities to perform its duties are demanded. As for the management style, it is difficult to make them fit in a single law. However, an administrational body needs sense about management in managing social educational facilities.
