This paper is the study of difference of structures of consciousness about the Opinions of role sharing between public and private sectors about family welfare. And it specially focuses on how the ability of direct and indirect financial burden of public sectors and indivisuals influence the opinions of role sharing between public and private sectors. Totally the opinions that public sectors bear responsibilities about cares of the elderly and indivisuals bear responsibilities about child cares absobs the greatest percentage. So in cares of the elderly, many people in Japan require public fiscal burden and in child care, they require unpaid welfare. While in men, higher income ther get, higher the sharing of self responsibility about family welfare, in women, higher income they get, higher the sharing of public responsibility about family welfare. But the ability of direct and indirect financial burden only correlates with the opinions about role sharing between public and private sectors of cares of the elderly, and it doesn't correlate with ones of child care. Not present but childhood family finances influence the women's opinions about role sharings between public and private sectors about child care. So the differences of the ability of financial burden influence only the care of the elderly in which public fiscal burden is required, and doesn't influence the child care in which unpaid indivisual welfare is required.
