• The present constitution of Japan declares the renunciation of war with any country in the world. Historically speaking, there has no been no age or no country without the danger of war. Taking today's nuclear strategy into consideration, it can be safely said that there is a risk that the world could be destroyed physically as well as culturally. Among all countries in the world, Japan is the only nation that states the total abolition of nuclear weapons.The Imperial Rescript on Education was issued in 1890 and it had the same principles as in the Written Oath of Five Articles-the basics of national morality. They should be the core of education.
