• The charging processes of fine particles against UV light and electron beam irradiation were examined experimentally. It was found that fine particle charges were dependent on the materials, radius of fine particles, electron beamenergy, and secondary electron emission. The results of experimental investigation about mechanism of levitation and transportation of lunar particles, and creation of Saturn rings and spokes are also presented.
