This dissertation aims to research the effects of self-disclosure on SEG. (1) In order to compare data, we created two different SEG. Participants' feedback about the sessions and the examination is dealt with, and a summary of the SEG is presented. (2) Examines in a more practical manner how self-disclosure can be affected by enrolling in two different SEG. (3) In examining (1) the Interpersonal Anxiety and (2) the Interpersonal Stress-Coping, investigates the relationship between self-disclosure and (3) the EG effect. Major results were shown that (1) participants of both SEG felt it was helpful and gave them a measure of personal satisfaction, (2) the group in which participants seemed to have more opportunities to express themselves brought about more self-disclosure than the group with fewer opportunities for self-expression, (3) the more people present during their self-disclosure, the more the participants' Interpersonal Anxiety was reduced, although Interpersonal Anxiety was reduced by self-disclosure, (4) the more people present during their self-disclosure, the more the participants' can perform Positive coping, (5) whatever self-disclosure may have been done before, the effects of SEG remain constant.
