This paper is to consider whether the essential concept of "Client Centered" takes on a new significance on the basis of the idea of "Principle of Symmetry". It was Rogers, C.R. who advocated "Client Centered" psychotherapy. He illustrated what the "Client Centered Therapy" is in various ways in his writings quoting the literal words from the case reports. Many therapists and workers carried out a further examination of the significance of "Client Centered Therapy". On the basis of these studies, this paper is to consider the position of "Client Centered" in today's psychotherapy. It is necessary for us to overview "Principle of Symmetry" which is the system NAKAZAWA Shin-ichi advocates, synthesizing mythology, government, economy, and depth psychology. As to read his works, it appears that Freud, S. who began modern psychotherapy closely encountered the concept of "Client Centered" before Rogers did. Although Rogers started "Client Centered Therapy" through this groundwork, his theory lost its influence thanks to a limitation which Christian countries have in common. The world we live at the present day emerges after the second metaphysical revolution. A third metaphysical revolution will appear overcoming some difficulties Christianity and modern science raised. It is considered below how we understand a new significance of "Client Centered" and what we do to a coming third revolution.
