From the latter half of the 20^<th> Century onwards, unidirectional economics: (mass production→mass consumption→mass waste disposal) has led to the emergence of global environmental problems. So that we can enjoy an abundant lifestyle while simultaneously conserving the global environment, shifting from a unidirectional economy to a circulatory society is imperative. For businesses, therefore, realization of a circulatory society is a management requirement; however, because businesses have until now have assumed a unidirectional economy, and thus have constructed arterial processes only in response to this, businesses have not fulfilled the conditions necessary for establishing a circulatory society. This paper therefore discusses the management infrastructure that businesses must create in order to facilitate the shift to a circulatory society. Particular emphasis is placed on the following points: 1. Construction of a circulatory system 2. Creation of lifecycle management (1) Creation of guiding principles (2) Creation of essential management tools 3. Creation of environmental behavior strategies In order to create a circulatory society, it will be necessary for businesses to revolutionize their fundamental concepts and strategies. Although the concept advanced by Henry Ford Sr. has since been rejected by versatile marketing management, this paper asserts that both product development that aims to prolong product life and usefulness and a circulatory production system that incorporates venous processes in the early stages of arterial processing must be created.
