I discuss in this paper how a preschool teacher feels anxious about a certain child (child J) and in the result how the teacher comes to accept the child J. The teacher misunderstands the child J's behaviour and fails to see the child J's inner world. With this failure, the teacher is not able to respond properly to the child: hence, a gap occurs caused by a misfit between the teacher and the child. With this synergistic gap, the both parties fail to build their well-conditioned interrelationship. In order to build a well-conditioned interrelationship between a teacher and a child, the teacher has to experience the the two processes. One process is: the teacher enters into the child's inner world through the daily encounters and comes to accept the child eventually. Another process is: while learning to accept the child, the teacher comes to be a ware of a framework she is in, in both her practical and theoretical life, and then she comes to modify herself. This is another process. These two processes intertwine each other at the same time; and then through these intertwining processes, a teacher and a child build the foundation for a well-conditoned interrelationship with each other. I also include in this paper the teacher's social background as well as her dilemma and attitudes towards a child-centred ideology in modern child education.
