The pion decay constants in isospin symmetric nuclear matter have been calculated up to two-loop accuracy (or up to N^4LO) using chiral perturbation theory. The two-loop order contributions are found to be negligible and cannot cure the problematic one-loop prediction of having negative f^s_π for p≲0.8 p_0. Possible ways of overcoming this problem have also been discussed.
