キーワード : 同期走査式判別システム透過光近赤外光食品生地　抄録 : In this report we propose the synchronous scanning system as a method of obtaining the transmission light signal. Also, we report the result of various experiments and the efficacy. We choose NIR (near infrared light) for the source of light to obtain the going-straight component efficiently from the optical scattering absorbent such as the food materials. We devised what enable it to scan the plural set while synchronizing the pair of the photodiode and light emitting diode that is designed having the same optical axis with the optical system. We succeeded in obtaining the information that we could not obtain with image processing, etc. and experimental results are shown to prove the validity of this proposal.
