Many billboards design which have the strong impact offset the effects of each other, and mar the beauty of city scenery. The regulation of billboard design is weak because it is difficult to make the objective evaluation criterion in Japan. To make the criterion we must to get the high reliability data of the psychological reaction against the billboard design. In this study it is constructed that the measurement system of reaction speeds to find out a target figure at billboards with a personal computer. The result of measurements test it developed that plural billboards with higher attractive coloring offset the effects of each other, and it is the most important in coloring of billboard in combination with a color at that background.
