Taiwan has shifted to industrial society from agricultural society in only one generation after the World War II. However, overpopulation problem of the urban sector in developing countries like the South-East Asia countries is comparatively little in Taiwan. This paper analyzes, (1) The factor which can affect features of population change, industrialization and urbanization in Taiwan postwar. (2) The endogenous factor of industrialization based on the change of industrial structure. (3) The relevance and factor between industrialization and urbanization in Taiwan. And the purpose of this paper is, (1) To find the features of industrialization and urbanization process in Taiwan postwar. (2) To examine the theory of development economy science which has developed until now.
