Load matiching systems are internet-based ones with which carriers and shippers coordinate supply-demand for trucks and loads. Load matching data which we used in matiching loads to trucks are circulatated and exchanged on the internet. Those systems are general recent yerars, and are introduced into truck cooperative associations formed by medium and small carriets. Nevertheless, those systems do not function as expected. In this paper, on the bases of current states of truck cooperative associations, we focused on data and information circulated on those systems. We confirmed that associates need to operate internet directly with intent to circulate load matiching data, and they have to forward mata-information sharing by face to face communications.
